References of the person/character you want me to recreate. (Pictures, colors, details in good quality for me to see)
Please be specific about what you want. Please include the posing, positioning, clothing style (or specific clothes), background, colors, details, any other thing you want on your drawing.
I have the right to cancel the commission at any time.
I have the right to refuse doing a commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.

Once I received the payment, I will start the sketch
During the sketching phase you can have the right to change it twice.
Once the sketch is approved, I will start working on the commission.
Any additional changes after the sketch is approved and I start working on it will result in extra charges, however if they are small, I will not charge them.
You can ask for WIPs during the whole process
Once I finish the commission, I will send it by email.

Payments will be made by PayPal in US dollars, (Mexican pesos for nationals only)
Please specify if you live in Mexico, I accept bank transfers as an alternative to PayPal
Full payment is required upfront after accepting the commission.
Full body commission payments can be split, 50% upfront and the other 50% after the final sketch is accepted.
We can sort an arrangement in case you are not able to pay the full price, please specify if that is the case at the beginning of the process.
No refunds are allowed.
In case any changes were made after the sketching process and charges were added, I will we ask for them to be paid before sending the final artwork.

I will send the initial sketch before starting to work on it.
You can ask me to make changes twice during the sketching phase.
You can ask for WIPs at any time
I will watermark/sign sketches, WIPs and final artwork.
Changes made after the sketch is approved will result in additional charges, I will tell you about them before continuing the commission

You may post the commissioned artwork on social media, as long as you credit and tag me @chaoticpixie.doodles, the artist, and do not claim it as your own
Commissioned artworks are for your own personal use. While the image is your paid commission, this does not give you the rights to sell the work in any manner or form.
Do not reproduce/use the artwork commercially (meaning making money of it).
Do not take credit for the creation of the artwork.
Do not remove any watermarks/signatures.
Do not alter the artwork without my consent.
You can print the commission for personal use
I can post the commission on my social media, but if you would prefer it not, please tell me beforehand

Reproducing, distributing, and/or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without discussing it with I, the artist, beforehand. (You may not make a profit off it without agreeing on it or discussing it with me first).
Taking credit for the artwork when sharing or reposting it.
Erasing/removing or taking out the watermarks from the WIPs.
Erasing/removing or taking out the watermarks from the finished artwork.
If any of the above is infringed, the right held to the commission will be withdrawn for the commissioner. At the same time, you will be banned from ever commissioning me again. A warning will be issued along the notice of infringement.
